It is the policy of the Black Hawks Motor Cycle Club Hamilton (BHMC) that personal information, such as your name, personal postal and email address or personal telephone number, your likeness, as in photographs, is private and confidential. Because your privacy is important to us, the Club maintains privacy policies to protect your personal information.

Privacy of personal information is an important principal to the Black Hawks Motor Cycle Club Hamilton. We are committed to collecting, using and disclosing personal information responsibly and only to the extent necessary for the uses of the club administration and activities. Although a person’s name and phone number are generally open to public scrutiny, we will restrict access to any personal information we hold as much as is reasonably possible.

Such information is received when you e-mail through the site or make some other specific contact, such as e-mailing the Webmaster or any member of the club.

The personal information you provide to the Club is forwarded only to the person equipped to handle your request and is used only to respond to your inquiry.

Personal information will not be sold or given to any other third party, nor will such information be added to bulk e-mail lists.

Any changes to the Clubs policy will be promptly communicated on this website. Policy changes will not alter how we handle previously submitted personal information.
